As a member of ESSENCE Volume, you will have the opportunity to receive rewards—our
way of showing appreciation for your participation in this panel. Rewards will vary depending on the survey in
which you participate. Typical rewards might include gift certificates to online retailers (Starbucks.com,
Amazon.com, etc.) or donations to charities on your behalf.
New members will receive a card branded with the ESSENCE Volume logo. This card will
have a special access code that will entitle you to special discounts, promotions and events from
ESSENCE.
If you are among the first ESSENCE Volume members to respond to each survey, you will
receive a reward. The number of winners for each survey will be defined in each survey’s e-mail invitation, along
with a description of the reward.
Respondents to ESSENCE Volume surveys will also be randomly selected to be invited to
periodic retail events and ESSENCE sponsored events.
By participating in this panel, you consent to our unrestricted use and disclosure, without
any compensation or obligation to you, of any ideas or suggestions you provide us in connection with ESSENCE Volume.
You further agree that ESSENCE and our employees may proceed with any business or arrangement based on ideas
the same as or similar to those submitted by you, as we were prior to the submission of your ideas. Neither you nor
we will be obligated to exploit any such ideas in any media.
