We ask questions such as your age, gender, interests, employment, purchasing behaviors and online usage, in order to help us develop general trends about ESSENCE readers. This information is also used so that we can send surveys that will be of interest to you.

Protecting your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. ESSENCE Research personnel and Research personnel at Questus, Inc. will have access to your information for calculation purposes. Do I have to participate every time I am invited to take a survey?
We encourage you to participate in our surveys each time you receive an invitation. Choosing not to participate in a survey will not affect your membership; however, the more surveys you take, the more opportunities you will have to receive rewards.

How long do surveys take to complete?
Our typical surveys are short and take anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes. (Longer ones take 10 to 20 minutes to complete). We try to keep the surveys to a maximum of 20 minutes. This time may vary depending on the speed of your Internet connection or browser.
